Payments
Once the documents has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 10% of the total amount to the rental contract.
• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)
• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 10% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.
Utility Bill
The utilities will be included in the total amount for your reservation but only up to 225 € per month. If this amount is more at the end of each month you will have to pay the difference and it can be taken from the security deposit.
The contract
Once all the payments and documents are received your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with all the rental conditions with the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be done on the day of the delivery of keys if all the documentation and payments have been delivered.
Security deposit
You will have to pay a security deposit that will depend on the duration of your stay:
- 1 month: 500 €
- 2 months: 700 €
- 3 months: 900 €
If your reservation is longer than 4 months you will have to pay 1 or 2 months as a security deposit depending on the duration of your stay.
The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.
Day of arrival
You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays.
Your apartment will be available from 15:00h and you can check in between 15:00h and 20:00h. In case you arrive outside these hours please contact us.

Great apartment, great staff. We arrived with a delayed flight, late at night and with tired children, so thank you for being patient and waiting for us for over an hour at the apartment. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. Shame we couldn´t use the pool! (it was very cold in february)
The staff were fantastic! 24 hour emergency phone and all of them went out of their way to help us, including printing documents for free and holding baggage for free once you have checked out. We ate in our apartment as well as eating out. You get a combo microwave oven and a hob to use, as well as a fridge and a freezer drawer, it is actually a fully equipped kitchen. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. My boyfriend and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay. They also recommend the best beers to try! Thanks guys!
Los apartamentos MSB son el estándar de un apartamento de 5 estrellas, pero te sientes como en casa con las instalaciones de cocina y el espacio adicional para relajarte. Un montón de espacio para pasar el rato juntos entre salidas y una excelente relación calidad-precio.

This was our favorite stay of all of our stops in Spain. The location was excellent and the private garden and swimming pool was amazing. Above all, we slept like babies. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. We had all we needed which included a kitchen and 5 comfortable beds.
