Payments

Once the documents has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 10% of the total amount to the rental contract.

• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)
• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 10% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.

Utilities

The utilities will be included in the total amount for your reservation but only up to 225 € per month. If this amount is more at the end of each month you will have to pay the difference and it can be taken from the security deposit.

The contract

Once all the payments and documents are received your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with all the rental conditions with the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be done on the day of the delivery of keys if all the documentation and payments have been delivered.

Day of arrival

You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays.
Your apartment will be available from 15:00h and you can check in between 15:00h and 20:00h. In case you arrive outside these hours please contact us.

    Great place. It would be very helpful for a Staff Member to take you to the apartment to show how everything works with in apartment, trash disposal location, how washing machine works and cable TV with one or two English News channels or programs. But it was great!

    Location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and the subway. There was a grocery store next door for toiletries, food etc. The apartment had air conditioning units (yay). We liked the modern furnishings and having a nice bathroom was convenient for the 6 of us. Elevator made it easy to transport luggage to apartment which is on the third floor. We liked how the bedrooms were far enough from the living room that noise didn't travel to those sleeping/resting. We didn't use the kitchen much but there is a full kitchen. Host was very responsive and we communicated via WhatsApp, phone and email.
