This charming penthouse has approximately 50m² and two large private terraces, and is located in a building with an elevator. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, close to the El Putxet and Padua train stations, and with excellent bus connections (70, V13, H6, V11, N8). In addition, there are a large number of supermarkets nearby, which will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in Barcelona.

The apartment has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, offering a double bed in one room and a single bed in the living room. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. The full bathroom has a shower for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, and ceramic hob. For your comfort, the apartment also has an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer.

The district

The district of El Putxet is located in the upper area of Barcelona. It is one of the districts inhabited by the upper class of Barcelona. El Putxet is a mountain situated between the districts of Vallcarca and Sant Gervasi. During the 19th century, it was a place where the inhabitants used to spend their summer. However, later on, due to the construction of better infrastructures, it became a residential zone of the upper class of the city. If you like exclusive districts, you might like to rent an apartment in el Putxet during your stay in Barcelona. This apartment is located really close to the famous park Guell (the jewel of Catalan Modernism) and to the district of Gracia (the cultural center of Barcelona).

Conditions of reservation

1.The apartment is consider booked after all documents and payment are received.
2.The payments received in concept of the rent will not be returned if the tenant resigns to the rental contract.
3. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment of the entire reservation has not been received by the start of the contract.
4. Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the approval of the owner.

Payments

Once the documentation has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To confirm your reservation, you would have to pay the following amount depending on the duration of your stay:
- 1 month: you will have to pay the 30% of the total amount of your reservation.
- 2 months or more: you will have to pay the first month of your stay.
The pending amount for your reservation has to be paid on arrival.
If your reservation is longer than a month, you will have to do monthly payments

Utilities

The utilities will be included in the total amount of the reservation, but up to a monthly amount between 175 € and 275 € per month depending on the square meters of the apartment. If the amount stipulated in the contract is exceeded, it will be deducted from the deposit.

Signing the contract

Once we have received the payment and the documents required, your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with the rental conditions which will include the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of the use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be made on the day of the delivery of the keys if all the documents and payments have been delivered.

Security deposit

You will have to pay a security deposit that will depend on the duration of your stay:
- 1 month: 500 €
- 2 months: 700 €
- 3 months: 900 €
If your reservation is longer than 4 months you will have to pay 1 or 2 months as a security deposit depending on the duration of your stay.
The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.

Day of arrival

You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays.

    There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this apartment. The terrace and the balcony are two features that make it exceptional. The terrace is a private oasis with postcard views, and the balcony allows you to enjoy the same view without leaving the apartment.
